Palm Springs' architectural legacy is defined by its trove of mid-20th-century structures ranging from private homes and condo developments to civic buildings.

While many of the historic properties have survived and been brought back to life, a Modernism Week lecture by the Palm Springs Preservation Foundation reminded attendees that the threat of demolition is still real.  KVCR's Matt Guilhem reports.
