-The Police Foundation will conduct a review of how law enforcement handled the Dec. 2 terrorist shootings in San Bernardino;

-A state panel is calling for an audit of Hemet's finances;

-Hemet has a new city manager; and,

-12 Riverside County cities may explore forming their own police force.
