Last Friday morning, Press-Enterprise Columnist Cassie MacDuff and KVCR's Ken Vincent reviewed some of the major news stories of the week in the Inland Empire, including:

-a preview of President Obama's visait to San Bernardino Friday;

-an update on the deal reached to return Ontario International Airport to Inland Empire ownership and control, and;

-a long-time member of the Beaumont City Council passes away, creating a vacancy on the council.

We appreciate the way he shared his expertise with many of our young interns and reporters over the nearly eight years he spent as KVCR's lead journalist and Morning Edition host.
