Inland Empire Democratic Assemblywoman Sabrina Cervantes' bill to allow vehicles carrying fewer than two people to use carpool lanes on Riverside County freeways during off-peak hours has survived key legislative votes -- including passage by the full Assembly --  and will soon be debated on the floor of the state Senate.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has details.
