The Fires In Northern California Have Doubled Total Acreage Burned In The State This Year

Firefighters battle a wildfire burning in Guinda, Calif., Sunday, July 1, 2018. Evacuations were ordered as dry, hot winds fueled a wildfire burning out of control Sunday in rural Northern California.

The fires in Yolo and Lake counties have doubled the acreage burned so far this season in California.  Capital Public Radio's Bob Moffitt reports Cal Fire is concerned with what this week could bring.
